Day 9: I forgot to take one in the afternoon again yesterday! I had half a personal size thin crust pizza from round table and some salad yesterday. For dinner I had half a sandwich and some rice with fish. Today I upped the dose to two pills to see how I handle it. My weight yesterday was about 115/116. The monthly visitor is messing with me lately so I think my weight is fluctuating that way. I do not know. We'll know soon enough I guess.
Day 7: I forgot to take one in the afternoon again! But anyways, I had a sandwich with the avocado today for lunch. For dinner, I had some thin spaghetti with tomato meat sauce and some chicken wings. I had some chips too with salsa. The meals are getting bad again but tomorrow will be a light lunch and dinner. I will be having sandwiches without the avocado tomorrow and a yogurt to hold me off during dinner. I should do an official one week weigh in tomorrow. But I got to say, the whole time I have been on this, I haven't craved anything too crazy. Only korean bbq ribs and some sashimi but thats about it.
Day 6: I took one in the morning and forgot to take one in the afternoon. For lunch, I had a sandwich with one slice of turkey, cheese and tomato. No avocado because I was too hungry to go slice it up. For dinner, I had some sashimi and some rice and 1 slice of costco pizza. I had some chips too.
Day 5: The only hard part with this diet is that when I am home and after I take healthe trim, it doesn't suppress my hungry and I can't sleep. So when I take it at 8AM, I'm left hungry until 3hrs later. The website says to eat after 3hrs. When I'm at work, its more achievable but at home, its hard not to snack on something!
Day 4: Day 3, for lunch I had the same sandwich from below. For dinner, I had some yellow curry with a few pieces of chicken and Mi Pueblo french bread. I weighed in at 115lbs last night before dinner. Perhaps its what I have been eating. Today I will eat the same sandwich below. Its just SO GOOD. And plus if I eat healthier for lunch, I can splurge a little for dinner. And I am confident about the 115lbs because I can't eat 1-2lbs of food for lunch or dinner. I am seeing progress but keep in mind it may be water weight. I guess to be accurate we will have to wait for the 1 week mark. I was reminded yesterday that my friend will be getting married via city hall next Friday and I tried on a cocktail dress yesterday which fit nicely. I guess this diet came in just in time. Lets just see my progress next week. In high school, I hit the wall at 120. Now, I have been hitting the wall at 115 and maybe 113 at some point but I would be very surprised if I can hit the 110 mark at all. Lets just see how this goes.
Day 2: So I tried it again today, one pill at 8AM and one pill at 2PM. Today I only felt the slightest jitter that only lasted a few minutes...no nausea..not light headed feeling. I did not feel tired but not super energized which I was fine with. I thought today was the perfect dosage for me. After yesterday..today was almost a relief. I think I will continue this dosage for a while and see what happens.
Day 1: 118lbs. I ideally want to be 105 so that is 13lbs to go. No time limit, so that should make everything easier (that I'm not trying to lose 13lbs in 2 weeks). I'll update later tonight about any side effects from Healthe Trim.
Day 0: Just received Healthe Trim. I will start it tomorrow. I will do a weigh in and update how I feel.
